Prices are subject to change due to changes in your arrival and/or departure dates and room types. All rates are in Euros. The maximum number of guests per room depends on the room type. Please check your room type descriptions for details. Children ages 12 and older are considered adults. Room rates include 8 percent VAT.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking, in the amount stated on the reservation confirmation page or in the email. Debit cards are not accepted. Currency rates are valid at the time of booking, but are subject to currency fluctuations and may be billed at the current exchange rate after your stay is complete. Please note that all rates on the website are in Euros. The name on your credit card must match the name on your reservation. Otherwise, please note that your reservation is not guaranteed and may potentially be cancelled.
The credit card must be presented upon check-in along with a valid photo ID of the cardholder and the registered hotel guest. On the day of arrival, Sun Star Beach Hotel will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the entire cost of your stay. In the event that the credit card is declined, invalid or no credit card is presented, another form of payment will be required or the reservation may be cancelled without notice.
Check-in time is 14:00 and Check-out time is 12:00. You must be at least 18 years old or staying with your parents to check-in and register for a room. A valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented upon check-in.
If you arrive at the hotel before normal check-in time, it is recommended that you contact the Hotel Front Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in becomes available. Early check-ins will incur an early check-in fee of 50 percent of your daily rate. Early check-in is only available upon request, subject to room availability and occupancy levels. Please contact the Hotel prior to your arrival for early check-in requests.
For late check-out requests, please inquire with the Hotel Front Desk - Reception at least 24 hours prior to departure regarding late check-out availability. Late check-outs between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM may be subject to a half-day room charge, and late check-outs after 6:00 PM may be subject to a full-day room charge.
All rooms at Sun Star Beach Hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited indoors by local law. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed.

Reservations and the terms and conditions specified herein shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
